For hygienic and safety reasons, the products we sell are not eligible for return or exchange. We will ensure your product works as it should before you purchase it and leave the store.

Defective Apparel
We make every effort to check our apparel for defects before selling it. However, catching weak seams, missing clasps and other small details is not always easy - and in the case of packaged lingerie, it's simply not possible. If you purchase lingerie in-store and then find a defect, please bring us your receipt and the un-worn item(s) with packaging and/or tags within 7 days of purchase and if eligible, we will exchange it or give you in-store credit to put towards something else. We will then dispose of the defective item.

Please note: Sales Associates are not authorized to accept any returns or exchanges; they must get approval from Management in these unique situations. Also please keep in mind; worn and used apparel will not be considered defective.

Manufacturer Warranties
While we are not able to offer replacements on defective merchandise, a growing number of toy manufacturers provide warranties against defects in material and construction. If you need assistance registering for a warranty, or making a warranty claim, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you to the best of our ability.
